We offer Non-destructive testing (NDT) of aircraft structures, materials and associated aircraft components using any of the following four methods:

  • Eddy current testing
  • Ultrasonic testing
  • Magnetic particle testing
  • Fluorescent penetrant testing

Aircraft inspections are carried out in our client’s premises while materials and components are inspected in our workshop.

We work as team with our clients as follows;

  • We plan together with our clients on how to work within a scheduled ‘maintenance check’ time lines;
  • When the need arises, we offers guidance to the maintenance team on how to handle some tricky tasks to avoid costly damages and delays;
  • Through our experience we occasionally benefit our clients by offering reliable solutions with the aim of significantly reducing aircraft down time.

Try our teamwork by just dropping your component (s) at the reception. You will find it ready at the agreed time. The component ready for installation, shall be delivered accompanied by a certificate of release to service or together with an inspection report whichever is applicable.

Our dedicated specialists are available 24/7 ready to pack their bags for adhoc assignments. We are just a call away so, visit us, give us a call or drop us an email to experience our services.

ET Testing

Performing an eddy current inspection of a wheel hub (rim) bead seat area for cracking. The bead seat of a hub is the most stressed area under various loading conditions. A special probe that contacts the critical profile of the beat seat is used to enable scanning of the whole area along the radius after a complete rotation of the turn table.
